Gemelli Spa & Beauty Bar offers changing area with lockers and beautiful robes and sandals allowing you to change prior to your spa service. Also enjoy our tranquil relaxation area before your service begins or, stay a while after your services are complete and enjoy the tranquility the space offers. Complimentary beverages and fruit are also available for our guests.

Gemelli Spa & Beauty Bar is proud to have the Halo IR halotherapy infrared sauna which includes chromotherapy. Four settings are available, based on your needs and can be customized. This is the first in El Paso. The fee for the use of the Halo IR is reduced with any spa, nail or salon service, the same day. Daily, weekly and monthly memberships are also available for purchase, allowing you to enjoy this amazing experience over and over.

We do require a credit card or debit card to hold appointments. If it is necessary to change or cancel your appointment, it can be done within our 12-hour cancellation window. Cancelling 12-hours in advance allows you to avoid our cancellation fee equaling 50% of the service price. You can cancel through our client portal online or call. If the facility is closed, please leave a message at 915-330-0986 with your name, telephone number and service time.

We want your massage experience to be as enjoyable, relaxing and therapeutic. Your therapist’s goal is to make sure you understand and enjoy the experience.

Your therapist will escort you to the treatment room and review your health history with you. A brief questionnaire will be required when you check in. Be sure you let your therapist know if you have health issues they should know about.

Your therapist will review the service you are booked for and ask you if you have a preference for pressure. Some guests like deep pressure while others are less tolerant. If at any time during the massage you feel pain or discomfort with the amount of pressure, let your therapist know and they will adjust to assure your comfort.

The therapist will leave the room when it is time for you to disrobe and lay on a heated table. If you feel more comfortable leaving your undergarments on, it is absolutely okay to do so.

You will be fully draped throughout your massage service. Your therapists have been trained to make sure you are not exposed at any time during the service. If at any time you feel uncomfortable, let your therapist know.

We offer a variety of massage services, along with add-ons to services of high-potency CBD oils and other muscle relief gels and balms and aromatherapy oils. If you would like to add on any of these to your service, let your therapist know.

Massage services are recommended on a regular basis to relieve pain, relax the mind and body and more. Think about one of our memberships to make sure you plan in time every month for your well-being.
